Cancellation Policy

NSNY reserves the right to cancel a course if participant numbers are not met. 

We make every effort to meet committment to our clients, but in cases where a course may need to be cancelled or postponed, students will be notified as soon as possible.

Student Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund for tuition of registration, Northern Safety Network Yukon requires 5- Business days’ notice of seat cancellation prior to course start date. 

Cancellations are accepted via email: info@yukonsafety.com  If this policy is not adhered to, the client will be responsible for 100% of the course seat value.

Students must be present for courses no later than 9 A.M. or they will be considered a ‘No Show’.  If the participant is a “No Show”, the client will be charged in full.
